Essential oils are valuable sources of nutrients for healthy facial skin. Mixtures based on them have long been successfully used in cosmetology for facial rejuvenation. The use of essential oil accelerates the processes of metabolism, regeneration and elimination of toxins from the skin. It nourishes cells, improves respiration and is an essential natural remedy in the fight against natural aging of the skin. In addition, the pleasant scent of essential oils has a beneficial effect on the emotional health of women, which also affects the youthfulness of the skin.
Almost all essential oils fight effectively against skin aging. In some of them, these properties are more pronounced:
the Rose
Rose essential oil perfectly firms the skin, saturates it with oxygen and is an effective antioxidant. It activates regeneration at the cellular level, has whitening properties, thanks to which it fights perfectly against age spots and age-related hyperpigmentation. Rose intensely hydrates dry, rough skin, gives it a healthy glow, makes it firm and elastic, and hydrated and nourished skin looks younger and fresher.
Carrot
Carrots have a great effect on the condition of the skin. 5 drops of its juice should be added to 100 ml of any oil (for example, apricot, almond, grape seed) or to a cream, mask, tonic or serum. The prepared product will restore the complexion and elasticity of the skin. Carrots actively dilate blood vessels - so the skin relaxes and smoother. Vitamin A (retinol) contained in this vegetable is a powerful antioxidant which slows down aging and the aging process of the skin. It tightens the pores, normalizes the water and fat balance, increases the resistance of the skin to the effects of various environmental factors.
Incense
This essential oil is very effective against aging. It eliminates wrinkles well, unifies the complexion, firms it and reduces flaccidity.
Jasmine
Jasmine essential oil whitens the complexion, reduces irritation and allergic reactions that occur on dry and sensitive skin. Jasmine gives mature skin a youthful glow, tones and tightens it, tightens pores and, thanks to hydration and increased skin turgor, visually reduces fine wrinkles.
Nerol
Neroli oil has a strong effect compared to other oils. This aromatic oil provides a rejuvenating effect of the inner radiance of the skin, initiates regeneration processes and helps to eliminate wrinkles. It also contains powerful antioxidants, intensely hydrates and nourishes the skin, restores its hydrolipidic balance, makes it firm and elastic and accelerates the regeneration processes of the dermis.
rose hip
Rosehip oil contains many vitamins C, A, E, polyunsaturated and saturated fatty acids. It is one of the best options for skin rejuvenation and prevention of premature aging. Rosehip actively stimulates skin regeneration at the cellular and tissue level, restores the normal structure of the skin after burns, cuts and deep rashes. This oil restores and strengthens the walls of capillaries, reduces age-related manifestations of blood vessels, saturates them with active oxygen, improves the color and elasticity of the skin.
